Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders placed before 2:00 PM and in stock will be dispatched the same day via next-day courier service. In rare cases, prices may change after an order is placed—we will contact you immediately if this occurs.

All parcels are shipped by courier and carefully packaged to minimise damage during transit. A complete UK address including postcode and contact telephone number is required for all shipments.

Delivery Options

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends will be dispatched on Monday
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• No deliveries are made on weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays
• Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed at the time of order

Unattended Delivery If you'd like your parcel left in a specific location when no one is home, please provide instructions during checkout. Please note that unattended deliveries are left at your own risk. For insured delivery requiring a signature, select "Signature Required" when placing your order.

Delivery Notifications You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping charges (which contribute to courier service and packaging materials) can be reviewed before completing your purchase. Additional charges and longer delivery times may apply for Scottish Highlands, Islands, and non-mainland UK addresses.
