Returns Policy

Cancellation Rights You may cancel your order within seven days of placing it or seven days of receiving the goods (whichever period is longer). Cancellations made before dispatch will receive a full refund.

Returns Merchandise returned in resaleable condition within 30 days will receive a credit note. All returns require proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and any damage during return shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept liability for damage claims after this period.

All goods are inspected before shipping—transit damage is the carrier's responsibility. If packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged products
  • Contact us immediately so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or credit note
